ABT’s ADAPT EG FREEZE with SUCROSE & HA medium is formulated for cryo-preservation of bovine embryos and can be used in direct transfer freezing protocols. We’ve adapted our ABT EG Freeze with Sucrose formulation by excluding components of animal origin, helping to alleviate concerns about temperature controlled shipping and storage as well as potential bio-hazards. ADAPT EG Freeze contains 0.1M Sucrose and hyaluronan (HA), a macro-molecule which replaces Bovine Serum Albumin commonly used in other embryo transfer media.
