ABT 3 STEP THAW KIT is made up of 3 different solutions used for rehydrating thawed embryos after they have been frozen in 10% Glycerol. Each solution contains Glycerol and Sucrose at different levels to more slowly thaw embryos and protect them from rapid changes in cell volume that might occur with faster thawing procedures.
ABT 3 Step Thaw Kits start with ultra-purified Type 1 water and includes Gentamycin as an antibiotic and certified New Zealand sourced BSA. All ABT products are manufactured in a cleanroom environment and go through strict quality control practices, ensuring consistency and quality from lot to lot.
- Thaw 1: Contains 0.5 M Sucrose, 5% Glycerol
